PT Nanny / Housekeeper, Stamford, CT

Part time nanny/housekeeper needed in Stamford, CT for 1 child, 6 years old

Location: Stamford, CT

Compensation: $28-30 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7am - 9am and 2pm-6pm

• Saturday 9am - 12pm

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Primary care of the child throughout scheduled hours

• Light housekeeping related to the child and general household upkeep

• Meal preparation and cooking for the child

• Laundry for both the child and the parents

• Supervising the child while he swims (family has a pool on the property, nanny must be a strong swimmer)

• Safe driving for errands and childcare needs (nanny must be willing to use her personal vehicle, family is unable to provide a car for use)

• Running errands

• Feeding the family dog

• General household support as needed, including managing appointments

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong swimmer

• Comfortable with dogs (family has a 9 year old dog)

• Maturity and ability to use good judgment

• Open and communicative with parents

• Caring and nurturing personality

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

• 18+ years of age

• Minimum of a high school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Relevant job history with outstanding references
