FT or PT Nanny/Family Assistant in Lyme CT

Part-Time Nanny OR Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant, live-out or 5 day live-in, in Lyme CT for 1 child, 4 years old

Location: Lyme CT

Compensation: $30-35/hr

Schedule:

• For FT, M-F, 9am-7:30pm (start time could be later if desired)

• For PT M-F, 2pm-7:30pm

• Flexibility with the schedule desired, family will provide a guaranteed minimum number of hours

Live-In Accommodations: Private bedroom and bathroom in another wing of the family’s home (separate from where the family sleeps)

Responsibilities:

• Driving the child to and from activities (car provided for use)

• Light housekeeping - helping to keep the home tidy

• Running errands for the family

• Engaging the child in activities like baking and crafts

• Preparing meals for the child and the parents (if full-time)

• Laundry for the entire family (if full-time)

• Managing contractors in the home (if full-time)

Must-Haves:

• Valid license and clean driving record

• Excited to engage in activities with the child

• Spanish or French speaking is a plus, but not required

• Flexible - family’s schedule changes week to week, a minimum number of hours will be decided upon with the nanny and guaranteed weekly

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Candidates should have a valid US driver’s license and have a clean driving record

• 18+ years of age

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
