Full-Time Nanny, NYC

Full-time nanny needed for a professional family in NYC with 1 child, 1 month old

Location: NYC

Pay: $32 per hour

Estimated Weekly Compensation: Approximately $1500-$1600

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

• Family asks for occasional flexibility to stay until 7pm (with advance notice, only when mom is traveling for work)

• Occasional availability for date night babysitting preferred

Start date: March 16, 2026

Responsibilities include:

• Caring for the infant, including changing diapers, putting the child down for naps, etc

• Preparing bottles for the child, feeding, and sanitizing bottles

• As the child gets older, cooking meals for the child

• Laundry for the child

Must-Haves:

• Comfortable with dogs (family has a 5 year old corgi, no pet care required)

• Comfortable with a mom who works from home

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Maturity and ability to use own judgement to solve problems

• Open and communicative with parents

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

•  18+ years of age

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
