Temp part-time summer nanny needed for a professional family in Westport CT with 2 children, ages 3 years and 6 years old
Location: Westport, CT
Compensation: $30-$35 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 3pm - 7pm
Family noted that they can potentially adjust the hours if the nanny needs, encompassing 3pm in worked hours is necessary for camp pick-up
Start Date: August 3, 2026
End Date: End of August 2026
Benefits:
Weekly guaranteed hours
Car provided for on-the-job use
Responsibilities:
Prepare healthy meals for the children and parents
Drive the children home from camp (car provided for on-the-job use)
Laundry for the children and parents
Maintain routines for the children, helping to maintain a smooth household rhythm
Engage the children in entertaining and educational activities
Desire to help with weekend date nights beyond August 2026 is appreciated but not required!
Must-haves:
Comfortable with pets (family has a 13lb Cavapoo, no pet care required)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
CPR/First Aid certified
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Agency Requirements:
Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role
Willing to be paid via payroll
Candidates should have a valid US driver’s license and have a clean driving record
21+ years of age
Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to become certified/renew certification upon hire
Minimum of a high-school diploma
Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check
Legally authorized to work in the US
Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
