TEMPORARY Part-Time Nanny/Mother’s Helper, Monroe CT
Temporary part-Time Nanny/Mother’s Helper needed in Monroe, CT for four children, ages 6 years old, 4 years old, 2 years old, and 3 months old (note: nanny will never be responsible for all 4 children at once. Mom will be home with youngest children while oldest children are going to activities)
Location: Monroe, CT
Compensation: $28-30 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Wednesday, 4:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday - Friday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: Mid-June, 2026

Responsibilities:
Help to transport older 2 children to and from after school activities (vehicle provided for use)
Occasionally staying home with the younger 2 children if parents/other relatives are driving the older children to their activities
Cleaning up after any activities with the children
Helping to prepare dinner for the children
Collaborate closely with the mom and the full-time nanny to balance childcare responsibilities, coordinating activities and outings around the children’s differing nap schedules
Must-Haves:
Comfortable collaborating with a full-time nanny and mom, and working as part of a team to balance daily childcare responsibilities
Warm, reliable, and experienced childcare professional with a strong background caring for multiple young children
Flexible and organized
Recent infant experience
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
Maturity and the ability to use good judgment to solve problems
Open, clear, and consistent communication with parents
Agency Requirements:
Intent to make a long-term commitment
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
21+ years of age
Minimum of a high school diploma
Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media screening
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Relevant job history with outstanding references
