Part-Time Nanny, Rowayton, CT

Part-time nanny needed for a family in Rowayton, CT with 1 child, 18 months old

Location: Rowayton, CT

Pay: $30 per hour

Schedule:

• Variable, 2-3 days per week (mom is a nurse, looking for someone who can be flexible and cover variable hours)

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include:

• Childcare support for one child including routines, play, and enrichment

• Engaging the child in active outdoor play

• Driving the child to and from activities (no car provided for use)

• Meal prep and cooking for the child

• Light housekeeping including laundry for the child

• Taking the family dog on 1 walk per day and feeding the dog up to 2 times per day

Must-Haves:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Comfortable with dogs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• CPR/First Aid certified

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Candidates should have a valid CT driver’s license and have a clean driving record

•  18+ years of age

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
