Part-Time After-School Nanny, Greenwich, CT
Part-time after-school nanny/ household manager needed for a family in Greenwich, CT with 2 children, ages 3 years old and 18 months old (third child due in July 2025, care will not be needed for the third until May 2026)
Location: Greenwich, CT
Pay: $30 per hour, 100% on payroll
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 7:00pm
(Willingness to help with occasional date nights and weekends appreciated)
Start date: May 15, 2025

Responsibilities include:
Preparing light meals for the children
Doing laundry for the children
Being active and engaged with the children
Encouraging the children to move and exercise inside and outside of the house
Creating enriching and educational activities for the children
Putting away the children's toys at the end of the day
Putting away the children's laundry
Willingness to help with occasional date night and weekend hours
Must-Haves:
Willing to be paid via payroll
COVID vaccinated
Team player (able to hand off children daily with the morning nanny)
Recent experience caring for 3 children at a time (note that the third child is due in June, but that the nanny will not be required to care for the third child until May 2026)
Be excited about actively playing with the children
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Maturity and ability to use own judgement to solve problems
Open and communicative with parents
Preferences:
Speaking multiple languages (especially Spanish, Italian, or German) is a plus, but not required
A nanny that loves incorporating music and singing into the day
Ability to travel with the family preferred (the family plans to travel with the children 2+ weeks per year)
Willingness and flexibility to help with date nights and on occasional weekends preferred
Agency Requirements:
Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role
Candidates should have a valid CT driver’s license and have a clean driving record
18+ years of age
Minimum of a high-school diploma
Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check
Legally authorized to work in the US
Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
