Full-Time Nanny, New Canaan CT

Full-time nanny needed for a family in New Canaan, CT with 2 children, ages 5 years and 2 years old

Location: New Canaan, CT

Pay: $28-35 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday: 11 AM – 5 PM

• Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM

• Wednesday: 11 AM – 5 PM

• Thursday: 9 AM – 8 PM

• Friday: 8 AM – 4 PM

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities include:

• Childcare support for two children including routines, play, and enrichment activities

• Swim supervision for the children

• Driving the children to and from school and activities (car provided for use)

• Meal preparation and cooking for the children

• Laundry for the children

• Running errands for the family

Must-Haves:

• Strong swimmer

• Comfortable with dogs (family has 2 dogs, no pet care required)

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• CPR/First Aid certified

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Candidates should have a valid US driver’s license and have a clean driving record

• 18+ years of age

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
