Full-Time Nanny, Darien, CT

Full-time nanny needed for a family in Darien, CT with 4 children, ages 8 years, 6 years, 3 year, and a 10 months old (care is primarily for the 3 year old and 10 month old).

Location: Darien, CT

Pay: $32 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (but schedule is flexible for the right person)

Start date: Anytime between now and September 2025

Responsibilities include:

• Childcare support for four children including routines, play, and enrichment activities

• Driving the children to and from school and activities (car will be provided for use)

• Preparing meals and cooking for the children

• Laundry for the family

Must-Haves:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Recent infant experience required

• Comfortable with pets (family has an 11 year old black lab beagle mix- no pet care required)

• Experience with multiples preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19

• CPR/First Aid certified

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Candidates should have a valid US driver’s license and have a clean driving record

• 18+ years of age

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
