Full-Time Nanny/ NCS, Sandy Hook, CT

Full-time nanny needed for a family in Sandy Hook, CT with 3 children, ages 8 years, 12 years, and a baby due in February 2025. Care will primarily be for the baby. Mother is a stay-at-home mom looking for an extra set of hands.

Location: Sandy Hook, CT

Pay: $30-35 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (flexibility on the nanny’s part is needed and appreciated, as the family’s needs may shift once the baby arrives)

Start date: Early March 2025

Responsibilities include:

• Swim supervision for the children (the family has a pool on the property)

• Driving the children (family will provide a vehicle for nanny to use)

• Preparing meals for the children

• Doing laundry for the children

Must-Haves:

• Strong swimmer (swim supervision is required)

• Able to drive

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Maturity and ability to use own judgement to solve problems

• Open and communicative with parents

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Candidates should have a valid CT driver’s license and have a clean driving record

•  21+ years of age

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
