Betty has been with our family for a little over a year, taking wonderful care of our son from about seven months old. Now he is 20 months old and she genuinely loves being around him, and she has lots of energy and patience for our little toddler. Betty creates many fun and engaging activities that have helped nurture our son’s development. She researched local music classes that she now takes him to once a week. She also found a great local lake to take him to at least one day a week all summer, where she befriended other nannies and kids. With COVID, the outdoor music classes and the lake were great ways for him to interact with other children safely. She also does many crafts with him, like painting and coloring, creating true works of art for Mother’s Day/Father’s Day, birthdays, and other holidays like Christmas and Halloween. She goes to the craft shops and Dollar Store to find supplies on her own time. Friends and family love receiving handmade cards from our son in the mail. But what is really above and beyond is Betty’s cooking. She also has been preparing homemade food for our son from scratch since he was old enough to eat solids. This makes us feel so good that our son is getting nutritious unprocessed foods. Now that he can eat what we eat, Betty prepares delicious and healthy family meals for all three of us, which is not only an enormous convenience, but it allows us to sit and have dinner together as a family as soon as we are done working and before our son’s bedtime. That would rarely happen if we had to cook after work due to our schedules. She’s very organized with meal prep and even helps us by finding new recipes and making grocery lists. Since the day Betty started, she has been making a positive impact on all of our lives, especially our son’s. She deserves to be nanny of the month, and we are so grateful that The Impeccable Nanny Agency helped us find her.
