FILLED- Full-time nanny/housekeeper/cook needed for a professional family in Weston CT with 1 child, 10 years old.

Location: Weston, CT

Pay: $35 per hour

Schedule: M-F 9:00am- 5:00pm (potential for M-F 7:00am-3:00pm), potential for occasional evening and weekend hours with notice in advance

Start date: Anytime between now January 2025

Benefits:

Responsibilities include:

Swimming supervision
Transporting the child to and from school/activities (car may be provided for use)
Preparing meals for the entire family (preferably Spanish cuisine as well as healthy options)
Helping with daily laundry for the entire family
Daily housekeeping
Running errands, including grocery shopping
Helping with home projects, such as organizational projects
Helping to manage household appointments
Helping to care for the family’s Golden Doodle (feeding, giving water, letting out for bathroom breaks)

Must-Haves:

Confident swimmer in deep water
Fluent in Spanish and English
Comfortable with dogs and chickens
Willing to be paid on the books
Willingness to sign audio/camera recordings and CDA/NDA
Responsible, energetic, fast learner, self starter, great communicator, organized, confident, respectful, an extension of the family, great with scheduling and multitasking.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Maturity and ability to use own judgement to solve problems
Open and communicative with parents
Comfortable with parents working from home

Preferences:

Agency Requirements:

Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role
Candidates should have a valid CT driver’s license and have a clean driving record
21+ years of age
Minimum of a high-school diploma
Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check
Legally authorized to work in the US
Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
