Part-Time Nanny/Mother’s Helper, Greenwich CT
Part-Time Nanny/Mother’s Helper needed in Greenwich, CT for three children, ages 8 months old, 2.5 years old, and 4 years old
Location: Greenwich, CT
Compensation: $25-30 per hour, paid via payroll
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 11am/noon
Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Provide early morning coverage beginning at 6:00 AM, ensuring attentive care for the youngest child (8 months) in the event of an early wake-up while parents prepare for the workday.
Occasionally oversee care for all three children between 6:30–7:00 AM, particularly when the full-time nanny is delayed due to commute timing.
Collaborate closely with the full-time nanny to balance childcare responsibilities and maintain schedule flexibility, coordinating activities and outings around the children’s differing nap schedules (two children on a single afternoon nap schedule and one child on a two-nap schedule that includes a morning nap).
Proactively support the household’s daily rhythm and anticipate needs
Must-Haves:
Highly punctual and dependable, with the ability to consistently arrive for a 6:00 AM start time
Comfortable collaborating with a full-time nanny and working as part of a team to balance daily childcare responsibilities
Warm, reliable, and experienced childcare professional with a strong background caring for multiple young children
Flexible and organized
Recent infant experience
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
Maturity and the ability to use good judgment to solve problems
Open, clear, and consistent communication with parents
Agency Requirements:
Intent to make a long-term commitment
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
21+ years of age
Minimum of a high school diploma
Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media screening
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Relevant job history with outstanding references
