Part-Time Evening Family Assistant, Fairfield CT j-524

A busy professional family is looking for help on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The family has 3 children ages 5 years, 4 years, and 2 years old

Location: Fairfield CT

Compensation: $30-35 per hour

Schedule:

• Mondays, 5:00pm - 8:00pm

• Wednesdays, 5:00pm - 8:00pm

Start Date: Anytime after November 15, 2026

Benefits:

• Weekly guaranteed hours

• Vehicle provided for on-the-job use

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the children as they swim (strong swimmer required)

• Drive the children to and from daycare as needed (car provided for on-the-job use)

• Cooking and meal prep for the children and parents as needed

• Laundry for children and parents folded and placed in dressers

• Tidy up children’s rooms and common spaces in home

• Dinner clean up: clean up the table after dinner, wash placemats, change tablecloth, wipe down chairs, vacuum dining room, place food in Tupperware, wash dishes, wipe down counters, etc

• Vacuum kitchen and hallways

• Childcare as needed

Must Haves:

• Strong swimmer required (family has a pool on their property)

• Comfortable with cats (no pet care required)

• Warm, organized, self-starter

• On time arrival (punctuality)

• First Aid/CPR certified

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record

• 21+ years of age

• Minimum of a high school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media screening

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Relevant job history with outstanding references
