Live-In Nanny, Westport CT
Live-In nanny needed for a professional family with 2 children, ages 4 months and 2.5 years.
Location: Westport, CT
Pay: $80-100K annually, depending on experience
Schedule: 5 consecutive days per week (open to M-F or Tues-Sat), 55-60 hours per week
Start date: As soon as the family finds the right fit

Responsibilities:
80% childcare tasks: naps, meals/feedings, playdates, driving to/from activities, baths, bedtime, organization of children’s play areas, etc.
20% household manager tasks: ordering cleaning supplies as needed from Amazon, ordering groceries, organization projects, light errands, light cleaning of kitchen, etc
Must-Haves:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
Recent infant experience
Live-in experience
Safe driver
Strong swimmer
Experience with long hours (50-60 hours per week)
Ability to travel with the family
Maturity and ability to use own judgement to solve problems
Open and communicative with parents
Preferences:
Bilingual
Ability to cook for the family
Agency Requirements:
Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role
Candidates should have a valid CT driver’s license and have a clean driving record
21+ years of age
Minimum of a high-school diploma
Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check
Legally authorized to work in the US
Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
