Full-time nanny needed for a kind and welcoming family in Farmington, CT with one child, 9 months old. The family is seeking a warm, experienced caregiver who is attentive, engaging, and comfortable working with infants.
Location: Farmington, CT
Pay: $26–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–5:30pm; Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
Start Date: October 13, 2025

Responsibilities include:
· Providing attentive care for one infant (9 months old)
· Creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment
· Assisting with feeding, diapering, naps, and daily routines
· Preparing meals for the child
· Handling light child-related housekeeping (laundry, bottles, tidying play areas)
· Feeding three household cats once daily
· Driving for outings or activities (a family vehicle may be provided at a later date)
· Maintaining open communication with parents about the child’s day and progress
Must-Haves:
Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience (infant experience required)
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable with cats
Non-smoker
Safe, responsible driver
Up to date on vaccinations (preferred)
Excellent references from recent families
Agency Requirements:
Intent to make a long-term commitment to the role
Willingness to be paid legally through payroll (“on the books”)
Valid CT driver’s license and clean driving record
21+ years of age
Minimum of a high school diploma
Willing to complete a background and social media check
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
