FILLED-Full-Time Nanny, Darien CT

FILLED - Full-time nanny needed for a professional family in Darien CT with one 7.5 month old child.

Location: Darien, CT

Pay: $25-30 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday: 7am-7pm

• Tuesday: 9am-5pm

• Wednesday: 9am-5pm

• Thursday: 9am-5pm

• Friday: 9am-12pm

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities include:

• Driving the child to various enrichment activities (vehicle provided)

• Preparing healthy meals for the child

• Helping with laundry for the child

Must-Haves:

• Safe driver

• Recent infant experience

• Self starter and independent learner

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Maturity and ability to use own judgement to solve problems

• Open and communicative with parents

Preferences:

• Willingness to help with light housework (e.g. family laundry, loading the dishwasher, organizing child’s play spaces, etc)

• Bilingual nanny preferred

• Awareness of early childhood development and education

Agency Requirements:

• Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

• Candidates should have a valid CT driver’s license and have a clean driving record

•  21+ years of age

• Minimum of a high-school diploma

• Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
