Full-Time LIVE-IN Nanny, Rye NY

Full-time live-in nanny needed for a professional family in Rye NY with 4 year old twins and a baby due in June.

Location: Rye, NY

Pay: $30-35 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm. Saturday and Sunday to be determined.

Start date: January or February, 2025

Accomodations for live-in position: en suite bedroom

Responsibilities include:

  • Swim supervision for the children (the family has a fenced in pool on the property, but the mother will always be present when the children swim)

  • Driving the children (family will provide a vehicle for nanny to use)

  • Preparing meals for the entire family

  • Doing laundry for the children

  • Helping to run errands, including grocery shopping

  • Helping to manage appointments for the household

Must-Haves:

  • Strong swimmer (swim supervision is required)

  • Able to drive

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

  • Maturity and ability to use own judgement to solve problems

  • Open and communicative with parents

Agency Requirements:

  • Intent to make a long-term commitment to a role

  • Candidates should have a valid CT driver’s license and have a clean driving record

  •  21+ years of age

  • Minimum of a high-school diploma

  • Willing to participate in a criminal background check and social media check

  • Legally authorized to work in the US

  • Have a relevant job history with outstanding references
