Our nannies are seasoned professionals dedicated to seamlessly integrating into your family life, providing the highest quality childcare. Working collaboratively with parents, our nannies ensure that your child receives consistent care, enabling them to grow, learn, and thrive. In addition to childcare, they also perform light housekeeping duties as part of their daily tasks.

All of the nannies we work with have at least 3-5 years of professional nanny experience and very positive recommendations from former employers. All of our nannies are also CPR certified or willing to update their CPR certification prior to starting a new position.

Some traditional Impeccable Nanny Agency nanny duties include:

● Provide warm and positive care and a secure environment for children in the absence of parents 

● Plan and actively participate in age-appropriate developmental activities for children, including activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual development 

● Actively participate in resolving the children’s problems or interests and serve as a resource for problem-solving 

● Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children 

● Follow the family’s schedule and suggest adjustments for children’s growth 

● Maintain, clean, and care for children’s belongings 

● Comply with family’s child-rearing preferences 

● Provide transportation for the children from school and outings as approved by the family

  • Through our registration process and in-depth consultative call we will learn all about your family and help you define the solution to best meet your unique needs.

  • To ensure your family has the best talent available we will customize a search specifically for. Using recruitment techniques and resourced perfected over 15 years of experience we offer a thorough search to ensure you have the top candidates.

  • We will present the top candidates hand-selected for your family’s unique needs and requirements. Every candidate is pre-vetted, experienced and passionate about helping families.

  • We guide you with making a competitive offer and customized agreement that outlines your family’s needs, expectations from your nanny and ensures you start your relationship on the right foot.

Your investment

  • Each search begins with a $500 search deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the final placement fee due to The Impeccable Nanny Agency.

    Part-Time Placement Fees:

    • 18% of the Nanny, Nanny/Family Assistant, Live-In Nanny, Housekeeper's gross first-year of pay.

    Full-Time Placement Fees:

    • 15% of the Nanny, Nanny/Family Assistant, Live-In Nanny, Housekeeper's gross first-year of pay.

    Short Term Placements

    • 18% of the Nanny, Nanny/Family Assistant, Live-In Nanny, Housekeeper, Newborn Care Specialist's gross monthly pay. The placement fee is due in full (for the entire duration of the placement) before the Nanny, Nanny/Family Assistant, Housekeeper, Newborn Care Specialist's first day of work, minus the deposit previously paid. There is a minimum placement fee of $500 per month.

  • Full-Time Replacement Policy:

    If the initial Candidate leaves the Client's employment, a prorated credit will be provided to the Client to start a new search based on the number of days the Candidate worked for the Client. Credit replacement

    0-90 days- 100% credit

    91-150 days- 75% credit

    151-180 days- 50% credit

    181-210 days- 25% credit

    Part-Time Replacement Policy:

    If the initial Candidate leaves the Client's employment within the 30 days replacement policy time limits, INA will make reasonable efforts for 30 days to provide additional referrals for a maximum of one replacement Candidate.
